This Exchange Policy applies to consumers in the United States who have purchased furniture and home furnishing products through the Vintageeyewearllc (vintageeyewearllc.com) website.
Exchanges are limited to products that meet the conditions of this policy, namely new and unused items in their original, intact packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Exchange Procedure
If a user wishes to exchange a product after receiving it, they must contact Vintageeyewearllc customer service within 14 days of receipt.
Customer service will review the condition of the product and provide exchange instructions together with a prepaid return shipping label.
The user must ship the product to the designated address and include the exchange form and details of the original order.

4. Shipping Costs
Vintageeyewearllc covers the shipping costs associated with an approved exchange; the user will not be responsible for applicable transportation costs.
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for the return shipment of the product.
5. Product Inspection
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct an inspection.
If the product meets the exchange criteria, including being new and unused, we will arrange shipment of the replacement product within 2 business days.
6. Shipment of Replacement Product
The replacement product will be shipped through our available logistics partners, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL, to the address provided by the user.
Once the replacement order has been shipped, the user will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
7. Handling of Exceptional Situations
If a product is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact customer service immediately. We will review the situation and assist with the applicable claim or arrange a replacement shipment where appropriate.
If the replacement product is out of stock, we will inform the user and offer the option to select another product of equivalent value or receive a refund.
